02:51PM -- Larry and I have got to get our time clocks back in-sync with the rest of the country. Although he took a nap, and fell asleep early last night, he woke up when I came to bed at 5:00AM...AGAIN..., he did sit up and watch TV for a while. Then he went back to sleep. He'd gotten hot and broken out into a sweat. He was having some major pain in his left side and back, so I changed his pain patch and gave him a half dose of the Dilaudid. For once he didn't object to me turning the A/C up in the bedroom. However, we both overslept this morning. I got him to dialysis by 12:15 today (about ½ hour later than usual). He was weak this morning, but felt okay. I'll pick him up at his regular time this afternoon. His weigh-in weight (92.7 kilos) was much lower than usual considering he didn't dialyze Thursday. His ending weight is suppose to be 91 kilos, but I imagine it will be somewhere around 88 or 89 kilos today. Todd, one of Larry's "regular" techs at dialysis, stopped me and asked how things were going and then told me if there is anything he can do to just let him know. Todd is such a sweety and takes such great care of Larry when he's there. It's nice not to have to worry about his care when he is at dialysis.
